Two dozen women in Missouri and Illinois have filed an Ortho Evra lawsuit against Ortho-McNeil, the manufacturer of the popular birth control patch. Stephanie Sanchez, a 37-year-old woman from Roseville, California, has filed an Ortho Evra lawsuit against Ortho-McNeil Pharmaceuticals. Sanchez claims that she suffered serious birth control patch side effects after using the Ortho Evra patch. Many doctors have stopped prescribing the Ortho Evra patch to their patients in an effort to protect them from deadly birth control patch side effects.
